Over the last 30 years we’ve helped thousands of people from all walks of life become more resilient by reacquainting them with their innate sense of wellbeing.
What does it mean to be resilient?
Resilience is not denial, wishful thinking or forcing ourselves to “just think positively”. Nor is it being "tough”, learning to dismiss our needs, repress our emotions, or trying to gain increasing control by minimising uncertainty.
Resilience is the art of finding balance in uncertainty and developing the self-awareness to know when, where and how to bend with our circumstances and then bounce back.
Resilience sits between giving up and resisting.
"Our unique content and methodology gets results where willpower and discipline oftentimes don’t" - Andrew Lee
The real beauty of this approach is that it’s disarmingly simple. It requires no prior knowledge, understanding of complex theories or leaps of faith. In fact, many participants comment about how intuitive if feels and that “it just makes sense”.
In this program you'll learn how to:
let go of embarrassment, fear, and judgments
recognise when to push through and when to let go
be more creative and insightful
deal with distractions and remain focused
be more compassionate for self and others
recognise and bolster your “mental immune system”
spend more time in “the zone”, even under pressure
be more self-aware
develop more physical and mental wellbeing
be more emotionally intelligent
"Andrew provided wisdom and thought provoking advice that stretched our minds, changed our behaviour and has had a lasting and positive effect on us as individuals and managers.

Resilience in action
During my 35 year career, initially as a primary care practitioner, then youth worker and now corporate educator and coach, I had successfully applied this approach in my professional and personal life and was confident in its effectiveness.
However, I truly got to test this belief in December 2020 when I was diagnosed with stage 4 oesophageal cancer. My diagnosis led to weeks of uncertainty and anxiety as we waited to discover if I was treatable, what that might involve and what change this would mean for my family and me.
Due to the risk of COVID and its potential impact on my treatment, I also initially had to isolate myself from my loved ones.
I was scared, unable to hug my wife and kids and had to try my best to adapt to an ever-changing schedule of tests, specialists and urgent decisions involving the choice between “bad” or “worse”. I had little control of my circumstances or ability to take charge of the situation and knew that my fear and anxiety could quickly become overwhelming panic. I recognised that my best chance of survival meant finding a way to stay calm, present and self-soothe. Fortunately, my understanding of the principles we explain in this program provided me with a path forward, enabling me to access my innate resilience.
With my future uncertain, my son and I spent the three days before my first chemotherapy treatment recording the content I had spent my career developing. The videos in this program are taken from these recording sessions.
I spent the next 12 months undergoing seven rounds of chemotherapy and multiple surgeries, including an almost 10-hour procedure to remove a large section of my digestive system. I am now on the road to a full recovery. While I wouldn’t be here without the excellent medical care I received, my doctors, nurses, loved ones and friends all noted how strong and resilient I was and the impact this had on my recovery.
During my treatment we began work on the Curiousmind Academy, and specifically this resilience course, as a way to offer our unique content to a broader audience.
This 30 days program involves
Self-paced modules containing videos and light reading that can be completed in as little as 1 or 2 sessions
To help you build confidence and competence towards your bespoke goals
To help you integrate the ideas into action and see their application
Including individual feedback and access to a group of like minded people
Why is our approach different?
We get results where others don’t. In addition to our tried and tested content, we also utilise a scientifically validated tool that over 25,000 people have successfully used to replace unhelpful habits.
Rather than filling you with new ideas and inspiration and then leaving you to fend for yourself, we help you translate your insights into lasting behavioural change.
Over the 28 days (or longer if you choose), you will get some personalised coaching tips to help you maintain momentum, as well as the opportunity to engage with the Curiousmind Academy community.
For those that are interested, we also offer discounted 1-on-1 coaching sessions and access to our in house psychotherapist.
If at any stage you feel the program isn’t working for you, we offer a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. You can also preview the first module here without any commitment.
While we are a business and have been heavily impacted by the pandemic ourselves, we believe that money should never be the reason why someone can’t gain access to this education. If you would like to enrol in this course but genuinely cannot afford it, please contact us at email@example.com.
