Fortunately, we're programmed to be curious, we're drawn to explore and discover, to innovate, experiment and persist until we get whatever is tickling our fancy. However, for a multitude of reasons, over time we can develop limiting beliefs that can leave us feeling stuck and disempowered (overly certain).

By “unveiling” assumptions that actively smother curiosity, Curiousmind reacquaints people with their innate desire to understand and engage, and in doing so open the door to new and more empowering perspectives.

Curiosity also has many nuances.  For example, we've worked with many technical professionals who were deeply curious about their work but totally disinterested in understanding their colleagues or themselves (or vice versa). We call this depth vs breadth.  Similarly, we’ve also noticed most of us will, at times, be more intent on proving we're right than understanding other points of view, causing avoidable conflict and lasting damage to stakeholder relationships.
